Who we are

Three markets, chosen deliberately.

India, the Gulf and Singapore. Three markets close enough to share a working day, different enough to need different answers — and run for you as a single engagement.

  • India as the delivery base — engineering, data, cloud, security and quality, working onsite, remotely or as a fully managed squad
  • The Gulf handled end to end: sponsorship routes, visa timing, mobilisation and in-country presence, not just a shortlist
  • Singapore for the regional roles — leadership, architecture, governance and risk that report to a board rather than a project
  • Localisation and data-residency requirements planned into the hiring, rather than discovered after an offer is out
  • Time zones close enough that overlap is the default, so reviews and escalations happen live instead of overnight
  • Cross-border programmes run under one contract, one governance model and one accountable owner

Bench FX works in three markets and says no to the rest. India carries the delivery depth that programmes are built on. The Gulf — the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC — is where sponsorship, mobilisation and localisation commitments decide whether a start date holds. Singapore carries the regional leadership and governance that ties the two together. Because the three sit within a few hours of one another, a programme spanning all of them runs inside a shared working day, under one contract and one accountable team, rather than as three separate engagements you coordinate yourself.

  1. 01

India, where the delivery depth sits

India is our core delivery base, and the market our recruiters know in the most detail — pay bands, notice periods, and where a given skill actually concentrates. Specialists work onsite with your India teams, remotely into your programme, or as a dedicated squad under our management, across engineering, data, cloud, quality and security. The employment, payroll and compliance routes here are mature, which is why the cross-border programmes we run tend to anchor their scale in India rather than elsewhere.

  2. 02

The Gulf, where the shortlist is the easy part

Across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, finding the specialist is rarely what delays a programme. Sponsorship routes, visa timing, mobilisation and nationalisation commitments are, and they are decided long before anyone signs. We carry that path as part of the engagement — right to work confirmed before you meet a candidate, in-country presence arranged where a contract or a regulator requires it, and localisation planned into the hiring, not bolted on after an offer.

  3. 03

Singapore, where the region is governed from

Singapore is where the regional leadership roles we are asked to fill tend to sit, and the work we do there reflects it: heads of engineering and technology, architects, and the governance and risk positions that answer to a board rather than a project. For organisations running a Gulf headquarters and delivery in India, these are frequently the roles that hold the two ends together — and the ones we find hardest to fill from outside the region.

  4. 04

One working day, not a relay

The three markets sit within a few hours of each other, which changes how a programme runs. There is no overnight handoff to write up, no question that waits until tomorrow to be answered, and no ceremony invented to compensate for people never being awake at the same time. We agree the core hours that matter to you and staff around them, so stand-ups, reviews and escalations happen live — with the rest of the day left to get work done.

  5. 05

    One engagement across all three

A programme spanning the three markets is run as one engagement, not three vendors you reconcile. One contract, one governance model, one named person accountable for how it goes, and roles placed where they legally and practically belong rather than where a headcount plan happens to say. Where a requirement falls outside these markets, we say so plainly instead of taking the work and learning on your budget. Narrow coverage is only worth anything if we are honest about its edges.
