- Match candidates with roles and clients with talent.

- Communicate about opportunities, updates and, where you have opted in, marketing.

We operate across North America, EMEA and India, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, to provide our services, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to portability, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@benchfx.com, and you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
How we protect your information
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to those who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are intended for professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
