Accessibility statement.

Last updated 2 July 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.

01

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That standard guides how we design and build every part of this site.

02

What we do

In practice, that means:

  • Semantic, well-structured markup with clear landmarks and headings.
  • Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
  • Text and interface colours that meet AA contrast requirements.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences, so animation never gets in the way.
  • Labelled, accessible forms with clear error messages.
03

Assistive technology

We build to work with current versions of common screen readers and browsers. If you use assistive technology and hit a barrier, we want to know so we can fix it.

04

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We test as we build and address issues as we find them. If part of this site falls short of the standard above, we treat that as a defect to correct.

05

Give us feedback

If something on this site is hard to use, email accessibility@benchfx.com with the page and the problem, and we will prioritise a fix and, where we can, help you get what you need in the meantime.
