Solutions
Capabilities that reach production.
Six technical domains, staffed by specialists who have shipped the same work before — and evaluated by people who can tell the difference. Engaged as individuals, a squad, a managed function or a capability centre of your own.

How to read this
Nobody has a “data gap”. They have nobody who can build the pipeline.
Capability categories are how the industry organises its brochures. They are not how the problem shows up for you. It shows up as a release that keeps slipping, a migration nobody wants to own, or an audit finding with a date on it.
So each domain below leads with the roles we are actually asked for inside it. If you recognise the role, you are in the right place. If you only recognise the symptom, tell us the symptom — working backwards to the capability is a normal first conversation.
Capabilities
Six domains, and the roles inside them.
- 01
Digital engineering
Product and platform teams that build and modernise the software your business runs on — from a greenfield service to unpicking a decade-old monolith without stopping the business.
Roles we staff most
- Frontend engineers (React, TypeScript)
- Backend engineers (Java, .NET, Node, Go)
- Mobile engineers (iOS, Android)
- Solution and application architects
- Platform engineers
- Technical delivery leads
- 02
Cloud & infrastructure
The people who move you to the cloud and the people who keep it standing afterwards — usually a different set, and the second is the one teams forget to hire.
Roles we staff most
- Cloud architects (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Platform and DevOps engineers
- Site reliability engineers
- Kubernetes and container specialists
- Network and connectivity engineers
- Migration and cutover leads
- 03
Data & AI
Pipelines, platforms and models that make it into production and stay there. The gap is rarely the model — it is the engineering underneath it.
Roles we staff most
- Data engineers (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Analytics engineers (dbt, warehouse modelling)
- Machine learning and MLOps engineers
- Data architects and governance leads
- Data scientists
- BI and reporting developers
- 04
Cybersecurity
Defenders, architects and the compliance-side specialists regulated businesses need — including the roles that are hardest to hire because everyone is hiring them.
Roles we staff most
- Security architects
- SOC and detection engineers
- Application security engineers
- Identity and access specialists
- Cloud security engineers
- GRC and compliance analysts
- 05
Application services
Building, integrating and running the applications the business depends on daily — including the enterprise platforms that never appear on an engineering org chart but carry the operation.
Roles we staff most
- Integration engineers (APIs, iPaaS, middleware)
- ERP and CRM specialists (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics)
- Application support leads (L2, L3)
- Release and change managers
- Business and systems analysts
- Legacy modernisation engineers
- 06
Quality engineering
Automation-first testing that lets teams release faster with less risk — the capability that quietly decides whether everything else can ship weekly.
Roles we staff most
- SDETs and automation engineers
- Automation architects
- Performance and load engineers
- Test data and environment specialists
- QA leads and test managers
- Accessibility specialists
How it is engaged
The same capability, in four shapes.
Which one is right is a question about your management bandwidth, not about the technology.
- 01
Named specialists
One to a handful of people who join your team and work to your standards. You manage them; we handle everything that sits behind them.
- 02
A squad
A formed team with its own lead, pointed at a defined slice of work. Faster than assembling six individuals, and it arrives already able to work together.
- 03
A managed capability
We run the function — the people, the process and the reporting — against outcomes you set. The right shape when the constraint is management attention, not headcount.
- 04
A capability centre
The capability built as your own centre in India, with us standing it up and operating it until you are ready to take it. See the GCC pages for how that runs.

Have a capability gap to close?
Bring us the problem. We will bring the people who have solved it before.
